Built out of the box, with Warbird decals. All Mission Model acrylics with Vallejo acrylics for the weathering. Base is modelling clay, with multiple coats of ModPodge; acrylic clear gloss; blues and greens along with lighweight spackling compound and AK Water Effects. Yes, this ship actually existed (but didn’t go into service, despite the kinda what-if markings on the model would suggest)
